Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and m8agent ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content and functions provided through the m8agent website.

Continued use of this platform, including after any amendments to these terms, confirms your unconditional acceptance of the entire agreement. The latest version of these Terms & Conditions applies at all times.

User Eligibility

To register and use m8agent services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration
• Residing in a country that does not restrict access to internationally licensed online gambling platforms
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not on an active self-exclusion list from any responsible gambling programme
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity
• Not having had an account previously closed by m8agent for fraud or breach of terms

m8agent reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts unable to verify eligibility may be suspended while verification is being carried out.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any one time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to customer support immediately
• m8agent is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity policy as determined from time to time

For identity verification purposes, m8agent may require a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents at any time, particularly before withdrawals are processed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

m8agent supports various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the deposit or to an account verified as belonging to the user
• m8agent reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Any fraudulent withdrawal attempt will be reported to the relevant authorities

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by m8agent are subject to specific terms. The welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000.

How the wagering requirement is calculated: If you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your balance is RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000, which must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,000 with a wagering requirement of RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise
• m8agent reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time
• Attempts to abuse promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account closure
• Bonuses credited to accounts that breach any terms will be forfeited along with any related winnings

Game Rules

All games available on the m8agent platform are operated according to rules set by their respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final once a round has ended
• Any technical error that causes an incorrect payout will be corrected and the account balance adjusted accordingly
• m8agent reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of breaching the rules
• For sports betting and live events, all bets accepted before the result is announced are valid in accordance with the applicable rules
• Participation in live casino games is subject to additional rules set by the respective casino provider

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the m8agent platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or player collusion
• Making payments using methods that are not your own or using funds obtained illegally
• Registering using false identity information or another person's identity
• Sharing your account with other users or allowing others to use your account
• Uploading, sending, or distributing any harmful, seditious, or unlawful content through the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

m8agent reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent or money laundering in nature
• Request by the user to close their own account
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned once the review is complete, subject to any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The m8agent platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, m8agent will not be liable for:

• Any service interruption arising from technical faults, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gambling decisions made by the user
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Actions by third parties that affect access to or the security of a user's account

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.

Amendments to These Terms

m8agent reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. We will endeavour to notify users via a notice on the platform or by email for significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published means you accept the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to international licensing under the jurisdiction in which m8agent operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be referred to arbitration or a designated alternative dispute resolution body. By using this platform, users agree to be bound by these dispute resolution procedures.
